FAQ

Q: Does your office participate with my insurance?

A: We process all insurance claims and will take direct payment from your insurance carrier when allowed. Any portion of your claim that is not paid by your insurance carrier or is sent to you as a direct reimbursement is payable at the time of service. We are not contracted with any specific insurance carriers.

Q: Do you have payment plans?

A: Yes. Upon approval, we offer Care Credit as a payment plan. They have several different financing options available. Click here to learn more.
